Berger Receives NIAAA Award Of Merit
Chad Berger, CMAA, principal and activities director at Napoleon High School, is a 2025 NIAAA State Award of Merit recipient. He was given the award during the North Dakota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NDIAAA) state conference held on April 6, 2025 in Fargo.
Berger holds 10 years of experience in athletic administration and has been an NIAAA member since 2014. He has shown a dedication to professional development through completing 42 NIAAA Leadership Training Courses (LTCs) and attaining the Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) certification. Berger also volunteers on the NIAAA Certification Committee, helping process Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) applications.
