County Runs Through Agenda

Logan County Commissioners met in regular session last Wednesday, August 12, with all present including Chairman John Wald, Blanche Schumacher and Bryan Batsch.
Wald noted the long-standing agenda item of moving the former fuel tank on the courthouse grounds, has indeed been moved. Batsch reported the first Zoning Board meeting to have went well and they decided to hold their meetings every last Monday of the month.
Schumacher said the business who will be reviewing the county’s handbook is five weeks out, so an update will be given at a later date.
The county has been in search of a new lawn mower and Wald reported several different price quotes from a couple different businesses, some in town and others out of town. He said all were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. Schumacher suggested keeping the business local. After discussion the commissioners approved purchasing the new mower from . . .
