The 411 On ‘The 101’

Work is underway at 101 Broadway in Napoleon, as a new building is being constructed. The property which was formerly Wentz Chevrolet & Wentz Cafe and more currently Krolls Auto Repair, was bought by four Gross siblings and their spouses. The old building was torn down, lot prepped for new construction and the new digs were started on June 26, 2026.
Siblings: Chris (Krista) Gross, Fargo; Brett (Christina) Gross; Donovan (Chelsie) Gross; Shania (Kyle) Neiuwsma, all of Napoleon, have plans for a 12,000 square foot building, called “The 101.”
“Our goal is to invest in the future of Napoleon by bringing businesses, services, amenities, and products closer to home so residents don’t have to travel long distances,” said Chelsie Gross. “We hope The 101 helps. . .
