Golfers Finish Second At Qualifier

Six Imperials were part of 26 golfers who made up 4 teams at the Strasburg Individual Qualifier last Thurs., Sept. 3. Action took place at the Linton Country Club and ladies carding an 87 or better (15 over par or better) would punch their way to the State Class B Golf Tournament at the end of the month in Carrington.
The Imperials already have two golfers, senior Aliyah Schwartzenberger and freshman Deziray Zenker who have qualified. NGS head coach Terry Schwartzenberger said, “We were hoping to get a few more qualified, but the Linton course is a tough one.”
