A couple of city leaders, Napoleon Mayor Todd Moos and long-time city council member Rod Kleppe, met Thurs. May 2 to review the financial numbers along with comparing what other cities connected to rural water are charging residents for water.
There were about 55 Napoleon area folks who attended a rural water public information meeting on Tues., April 30.
